Who I am?

You can call me 'Mr. Gill', and I'm a math and science instructor and tutor. I believe that language is a tool for connecting and sharing experiences and ideas with the rest of the world, that mathematics is a tool for linking theoretical and practical experiences in everyday life, and science is a mean for making those theories and concepts come to life. All three of these are where I earned my schooling. I took the time to learn about the aforementioned three fields of study, and now I'm using the knowledge and expertise I've gained over the last 15 years as a teacher and tutor to assist my students.

I've had experience teaching a range of courses, including algebra, calculus, Trigonometry, geometry, functions, and advanced functions, to students ranging in age from G4 to college years in a variety of settings. In addition, I've helped several kids get ready for IB, STEM, and HSPT courses. I'm excited and confident to meet new students, introduce myself, and share my knowledge and experience to improve their academic opportunities.

Teaching mathematics is one of my passions, and I find it most intriguing to discuss science and research. Writing is something I like doing in my spare time.
